Hello!
I bought a plain black cardigan two weeks ago and I felt inspired enough to customise it before taking it with me on my short business trip last week.
Here are the materials I used:
1. Cardigan
2. Some studs
3. Pliers
It's very easy peasy: you decide where you want the studs to be and then you simply settle them there using your pliers.
Since I was working with a knitted fabric, I didn't need to make any holes to place the studs: the tines just went through like a dream. My studs were also shallow, which means that I could bend the tines all the way down so, these studs are never ever coming loose.
And, voilá!: here's the result
Though this is nothing new, I hope you liked this simple way of revamping/customising a plain cardigan.
♥ See you soon! ♥

Tasting another Foco drink: Aloe Vera grape flavoured drink
¡Hi, there!
Today I have tasted another drink by Foco. This time it was an aloe vera and grape drink.
Comments:
Ok, first of all, let me just point out that the drink is not coloured: the glass is green.
This drink has an insane amount of aloe pulp, more than half a glass, as you might tell from the picture. As it says on the can, it is an aloe drink that tastes more like grape than aloe vera, which is fine with me.
Veredict:
Although I have a sweet tooth, I find this drink unbearably sweet so, I won't be buying this drink again.
♥Take care!♥

Mini haul of Korean cosmetics from eBay
Hi there!
Yesterday, I received a few products I ordered on eBay a couple of weeks ago.
This was bought from seller newcre8tive: don't you just adore how this seller makes the generous plastic bubble wrapping look like a small cute gift with that golden thread and bow? Even though the item came inside a simple plastic envelope, the bubble plastic wrap kept the item safe and bump free.
The Ciracle Pore Control Blackhead Off Sheet is what I bought from this seller: 30 damp sheets that are supposed to free my face from blackheads. You leave the sheet on the area you want to treat (these sheets can be applied on any bit of skin you'd like to) for at least 15 minutes, preventing it from drying. Once the time is consumed, you take the sheet off and rinse the area with lukewarm water.
First impressions: I've only used this once, but I can say it takes the gunk out of the pores in a non agressive way (unlike the pore strips). According to the manufacturer's instructions, you shold use this for a whole week and then use it just once or twice a week, depending on your skin type. In order to prevent the sheets from drying on my skin, I cover the area with film once the sheet is on. I will do a review on this product after having used it a little bit more so I can talk properly about its performance.
And here's what I bought from seller f2plus1. It all came inside a carton box, individually wrapped in bubble plastic wrap.
Mizon Returning Starfish Cream: With 70% starfish extract and other ingredients with antiwrinkle and whitening properties.
First impressions: Yes, I know, starfish... I had the same dilemma but, curiosity won the battle and I ended up buying this cream. I've only used this cream twice. The texture is very gelly-like. It is moisturizing, refreshing and very lightweight on the skin. It smells really good to me, it makes your skin glow and I think it's helping to dry a couple of small pimples that were starting to appear on my chin due to PMS. I will post a full review on this cream next month, when I have used it enough to talk about it.
Mizon Snail Recovery Gel Cream: It contains 74% of snail slime (again, curiosity won the battle). I haven't tried this cream yet, but I've red a lot of good things about it and it was pretty cheap.
Etude House Sweet Recipe Ice cream Nail in the color apricot: Let's face it, I'm a sucker when it comes to cute things, and the ice cream cone looking-like bottle was so cute I could not help myself. It's a nude nail polish with colored glitter that I guess would be very girly and fun to wear. I will use it in my next mani and will let you know how it performs on my nails.
And that's all for the moment.
♥Have a great day!♥

Coconut, roasted coconut and Thai tea drinks
Hi!
I have tasted a few drinks this weekend and I'd like to share my experience with you☆
Roasted coconut juice- just like regular coconut juice but with a mild roasted flavour coming from the roasted coconut bits floating in the coconut juice/water.
Coconut drink- This one also has some grape juice in it and the particles floating in the drink are slightly grape flavoured jelly bits.
Thai tea drink- milk, sugar and tea. A bit too sweet for my taste but still, not that bad.
Have you ever tried any of these drinks? What did you think of them?

essence Breaking Dawn collection: mini haul & reviews
Hi!
While walking through a department store, I ended up at the essence stand and found out there was a new collection called "Breaking Dawn", inspired by the twilight saga. After checking out the products, I decided to take the following three home with me:
1. Nail polish 03 A Piece Of Forever. 0, 33 fl.oz/10ml. 2, 49 €: A beautiful golden nail polish. The packaging claims it's long-lasting, but it does not last untouched for more than 5 days. One coat is enough though.
2. Shimmer powder 01 Bella's Secret. 0, 38oz/11g. 3, 49 €. Bests 24 months after opening: A very subtle golden highlighter that lasts all day long. The packaging is kind of cheap though, and I fear that the lid might fall apart anytime.
Here's a picture for you to see how the nail polish looks on the nails and also a swatch of the powder.
3. Lipgloss 01 alice had a vision-again. 0, 13fl.oz/4ml. 2, 49 €. Bests 12 months after opening: It tastes like blackberries and it is quite long lasting for a gloss (it even survives my morning cup of tea at the office!). It feels moisturizing and it's not sticky. When you apply it on top of a lipstick, it instantly darkens the color of the lipstick and gives your lips that glossy look.
Here's a pic of my nude lips (up) and another one of my lips with the gloss on (down).
I hope this post has been useful, or at least entertaining, to you.

Dried mangoes
Hi!
I just came back from a little trip to my nearest Chinese grocery store. I wanted some healthy snacks so I got some dried fruit snacks.
The dried sweet potatoes are not bad but the dried mangoes... OMG! They're so delicious!

Mini beauty haul from ebay
Hi!
Yesterday I got the two products I bought on ebay about two weeks ago.
I bought a cleansing brush for my nose (#2) and peripera's I love BB light BB cream (#3) and I also got a lot of samples in the parcel too.
1. Missha's Near skin visible deep wrinkle filler.
The deepest wrinkles I have are the expression lines in my forehead so, I will try this product in those and let you know how it performs.
2. Missha's Nose pore clear brush.
I used it last night for the first time. The bristles are really fine and the brush is very thick and soft. It also makes a lot of foam. I will post a review on this tool once I've used it for a few times.
3. Peripera's I love BB light BB cream.
I bought it cause it was on sale, but I don't intend to use it till I finish the Aqua petite jelly BB cream I'm using and loving nowadays. I don't know for how long I will resist the temptation to try peripera's BB cream though, because I wanted to try it so bad!
4. Oil control paper by Beauty for you.
Brown blotting papers that don't seem to have any powder on them. There are 10 sheets. I don't think I'll be using them till the weather gets hotter.
5. Tonymoly's Egg pore nose pack. (Pore strip)
I'm not very fond of pore strips so, I'm not sure that I'll be using this. I find that masks work better for me.
6. Missha's Signature real complete B.B cream.
The only Missha's BB cream I have ever used was the Perfect Cover and, though I did not dislike it, I didn't love it either and I couldn't use it everyday because it made me break out. But, since I have the samples, I will try the Signature real complete and let you guys know what I think about it.
See you on my next post!
